Salmon Tofu (3-4pax)
Ingredients:
Salmon x 1 segment
Fried tofu x 10
|
Seasoning:
3A Premium Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood x 4 tbsps
A little salt and pepper
2 cups of water

Preparation
1a) Wash the salmon and fried tofu
b) Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pan for frying
c) Fry the salmon till it turns golden brown on both sides
and pot it into a claypot
d) Add fried tofu and seasoning into the pot to slow cook,
let it simmer
